How We Charge*
*And how are we different from our competition?
Whether your need is immediate or if you have the time to interview, we will make sure you have the right worker for your job. We don't send a 'warm body' to fill a shift! You hire the worker you want and that person works directly for you.
We are a private referral service representing experienced workers. The workers we send you have a minimum of 4* years of recent, verifiable professional experience. No other service in the Seattle area demands as much professional experience of its workers.
*A minimum 5 years of experience is required for health care workers.
References are checked in our office and are available for you to review. We verify work history by asking detailed questions to get as clear a picture of that person's reliability, skill level and personality as possible. We are happy to provide you with a candidate's paperwork - including references, letters of reference and license verification - before you hire.
We run a WA State Patrol criminal background check and also verify that a worker is not listed on the WA State APS registry, and we do a multi-state criminal history check for any caregiver who has lived outside of WA during the past 7 years.
Paying the worker - Options:
You may pay the worker directly, or we can refer you to a local, independent payroll service, which will handle all paperwork for you (such as setting up a Federal I.D. number, completing quarterly reports and even writing checks if needed). It's all very easy!
We charge a placement fee for our service: it is equal to a percentage of the first month's salary, and does not continue beyond the first month. Ask about our Replacement Guarantee.
Managing Your Case:
If needed, we can refer you to a private Care Manager who can assist you by setting up a team and/or overseeing your workers. We regularly work with a number of local professionals who can often help streamline the hiring and management process.
